Is Supa included?

Supa's customer answers use your workspace's AI credits: 1,000 one-time credits in the free trial and 5,000 each month on Essential. Supa completing tasks for your team is coming soon.

What's included in Supahelp's free plan?

Free includes unlimited articles and help requests, 1,000 one-time non-recurring AI credits, and a supahelp.app subdomain.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch to yearly billing at any time from Billing in your workspace settings.

Can I switch from yearly back to monthly billing?

Switching a subscription from yearly to monthly usually takes effect at the end of your current paid year. You will have yearly benefits until then. The new monthly charge starts on your renewal date.

Do unused AI credits roll over?

Free includes 1,000 one-time credits that don't renew. Essential includes 5,000 credits every month, reset on your renewal date.

How many emails can I send?

The free trial includes 150 sent emails. Essential includes 2,000 sent emails every month, reset on your renewal date. Emails your customers send you don't count.

Can I use a custom domain on the Free plan?

Custom domains are available on Essential. Free workspaces publish on a supahelp.app subdomain.
